The vineyard is a popular spot for hen parties. The hens all enjoy the wine and discussion on organic vineyard management, as well as exploring the vineyard, and tasting some of our fruit straight from the tree. They’re usually a lively bunch, eager to launch into a game of rounders after lunch or even more esoteric activities. The most memorable was a knicker embroidering session. Alan quickly disappeared for that one; they’d brought their own chief embroideress with them!
